The best way to get started is by filling out the contact form. I check my emails daily, whereas direct messages on social media may occasionally get overlooked. Once I receive your inquiry, I will be in touch with you promptly. To secure your session, a 25% non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to confirm your booking.

Unfortunately, I do not provide RAW files under any circumstances, nor are they available for viewing. This is because unedited images do not accurately represent my work, and I take great pride in the creative aspects of my profession. My artistic process includes carefully editing all images I capture for my clients to ensure they meet the highest standards. However, rest assured that you will receive only my best work. I trust that you are choosing to work with me based on the quality and style of the images I have showcased across my platforms—all of which have been personally edited by me.

While I make every effort to guide you into flattering poses and enhance your images through careful editing, I do not alter or modify natural body features. However, I do make minor retouching adjustments, such as reducing the appearance of temporary blemishes or subtle tan lines. I believe that every individual and every body is inherently beautiful, and I strive to uphold that philosophy in my work.

The turnaround time for your photos depends on the type of session you’ve booked. For standard sessions, images are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks, while elopements, weddings, and events may take up to 6 weeks. Please keep in mind that turnaround times may vary during peak season. However, rest assured that I would never leave you waiting too long—sneak peeks are always sent out within 1-2 days after your shoot.

If your gallery is lost and I still have the files in storage, I will gladly resend them. However, please note that this is not guaranteed, as per my contract, I do not retain galleries beyond five months. Additionally, gallery links do expire after a certain period, and this information will be communicated to you via email. It is the client's responsibility to securely store all files, whether through a cloud service or a physical backup such as a USB or external hard drive.

Absolutely! Travel fees are tailored to the specific location of your session and will be incorporated into the final photography package. We can discuss the details and logistics during a consultation call. Additionally, please note that I offer inter-island travel throughout the state of Hawaii at a minimal fee, as I am based on Oahu.
